Vice President Kamala Harris was preparing on Wednesday to concede the presidential race to Donald J. Trump at Howard University in Washington, in what her campaign said would be a speech at 4 p.m. Eastern. Ms. Harris was scheduled to call Mr. Trump soon to concede, according to a senior official familiar with her plans.
By securing the White House again, Mr. Trump completed a remarkable political comeback and drew congratulations from around the globe. He clinched the presidency just after 5:30 a.m. Eastern when he won Wisconsin, putting him above the threshold of 270 electoral votes.
It will take days for a final vote count, but Mr. Trump appeared on track to win not only the Electoral College but the national popular vote. He will return to office with the Senate in Republican hands. Control of the House of Representatives was not yet determined.

Controlling and manipulating behavior is to control narratives that shape subjects' beliefs. By altering and controlling narratives, authoritarian regimes render the populace oblivious to its oppression. In academic terms, such manipulation intervenes in the causal chain and in turn causes behavioral changes. Ideally, orders become unnecessary when compliance becomes voluntary. Nobody contending for power would reduce the costs of repression and, ultimately, of power maintenance. In an autocratic utopia where all people always believed the regime's narratives, coercive apparatuses would be superfluous.

So Kamala will make a concession speech at 4 PM today. When will a translation of her nonsensical gibberish be available? I’m guessing somewhere around 7 PM.
It’s about time she concedes........and get her outta JD Vance’s house, too.

She has sobered up and accepts reality. Her conduct has been extremely shameful towards her (admittedly stupid and delusional ) followers. Not surprisingly.
