CNN host Jake Tapper was stunned by a shocking exit poll Tuesday showing former President Donald Trump substantially leading Vice President Kamala Harris among independent voters in Georgia.

“Independent voters — they make up 31% of the electorate” there, CNN political analyst David Chalian noted, before revealing that Trump is “winning them by 11 points” in the swing state of Georgia.

CNN’s exit poll found Trump garnering the support of 54% of the Peach State’s independents, compared to Harris’ 43% backing.

Chalian pointed out that in the 2020 election, Joe Biden won Georgia independents by a 9-point margin, indicating a 20-point swing toward Trump this time around.

I reactivated my Facebook this morning just to see what people are saying.

My one cousin said she told her daughter that America thinks that her daughter is a second class citizen and that her son voted against a party that is full of hate .

Nice women but she lives in her Karen progressive Illinois bubble and is full of emotion and feeling with no ideas.

Well when you crap on the entire country including your own voters, what do you expect sane people to do?

“a 20-point swing toward Trump”

That supports the 75% to 80% of people who say the country has been on the “wrong track.” That is a thorough repudiation of Biden & Harris.

Oh no! Georgia independents caring more about the economy, crime and immigration than abortion and JD Vance is weird.

There was a wild swing in almost all groups- not just independents- that should worry the left, but I suspect they may not be worried about the next election for various reasons-

I am delighted to see that Trump won and I feel and believe a substantial amount of credit should go to Elon Musk why? He used to lean towards the left but fortunately he woke up in time and saw the handwriting on the wall that socialism, especially radial socialism which had taken hold in the US, in the long run would only lead to a dead end filled with misery and would be bad for business.

Take a look around you, where do most aliens come from? Most of them come from countries where freedom is suppressed in one form or another or is under the clutches of socialism. He woke up just in time to realize unless things turned around pretty quick; most likely the US would be governed by just one party which would be socialists for the foreseeable future. Just look around you, in the long run they kill whatever they touch.

Sure there still would be so called republicans with very little if no input or power at all. Folks on the right should be grateful that he took the plunge as well as a chance and bought Twitter which to a big extent had become a mouthpiece for the left which more often than not concealed or shielded items which could be detrimental to the left. At the same time promoting and pushing anything that would enhance their image. In other words Twitter was attempting very selectively to influence a good portion of a very gullible public. Just for that alone by preserving free speech Elon Musk deserves a lot of credit.

45% of the youth vote...
46% of the female vote...
47% of the Hispanic vote...

He basically got the same 74m voters as last time, but the "81m" DEMS sure did fail to show up for her... that makes about 20% of the Democrat voters into misogynists, doesn't it?

And my favorite stat of the night... she failed to hit 51.8% in ILLINOIS... or NJ... or VA, or MN, or NM, or NH.
That's 65 more EVs available for targeted campaigns starting right now for the JD Vance 2028 folks.

Kamala Harris’s policies:
#1 Abortion on demand, so no problem if raped by an illegal
#2 Open borders, for the whole world without vetting
#3 LGBTQ rights, male transexuals playing women’s sports
#4 Tax and spend like drunken sailors by naming bills “inflation reduction acts” which is a cruel joke
#5 Mandates for battery powered cars even if there is brown-outs during extreme weather
#6 Get rid of merit based college admissions and job hirings.
#7 Increase regulations on American businesses to counter man made global warming

Agreed 100%. By rescuing X from the clutches of leftist censorship, Musk educated millions of Americans over the past couple of years about Democrat malfeasance and corruption.

Elon is also on a mission to destroy the trans garbage for what the schools did to his son.

That was the game changer. And it allowed Charlie Kirk to mobilize the youth and men voters in favor of Trump.
