HUGE LEGAL VICTORY IN GEORGIA!
The Georgia Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Republican National Committee and the Georgia Republican Party that no election office can extend voting to accept ballots after Election Day!
Thank you to GOP, ChairmanWhatley, LaraLeaTrump, RNCVoteProtect, and our incredible legal team..
....
GOP wins case against deep-blue Cobb County, Georgia, which wanted to accept 3,000 mail-in votes after the Election Day deadline.
RNC Chair Whatley: "We just got word that we WON the case. Election Day is Election Day."
It needs to be said that you STAND a chance if only you STAND UP and FIGHT! So glad to finally have backbone in our RNC heads. We’ve been fighting both the Democrats and RINOs for YEARS...
wow... what party was against legitimate voting?
the dems?
oh yeah. them.
Legal victories are starting to pile up for the RNC.
HOORAY! The only party caught cheating so far is the democrap party. Go figure.
The next thing they need to do is make sure ALL of the observers do not leave if there is a broken water main. Stay there, make them drag you out with cameras and police. DO not leave.
Back story, dumb butt Cobb County officials only sent out the final 3,000 mail-in ballots on Fri 11/1.
GA law says all mail-in ballots must be received by 7PM Election Day 11/5, no exceptions, no postmark nonsense, the ballots must be in-hand at close of voting.
Imagine they set the smoke alarms off...
Finally, cases are moving in the direction of sanity.
Do we think for a minute this would be happening if Ronna were still at the RNC?
It’s so comforting to know that we have fighters running the show now.
Someone put that crooked “lawyer” Marc Elias on suicide watch.
As if the Dems will obey this ruling.
Praying it’s enforced.
Rules are rules. Without them we have chaos and anarchy.
John Solomon has the story here:
“Georgia Supreme Court rules county may not count absentee ballots received after Election Day”
As a GA sworn poll officer (poll worker) i can’t tell you how happy this makes me. I live in Hall County, which is NE of Cobb a good bit, and we run a tight ship. We completed early voting on Friday and processed record numbers of voters, without major issues. Hall County got the absentee ballots out in time AND provided a process to allow voters to bring them to the county office to turn them in (to.avoid the USPS) OR change their mind and vote in person EVEN IF THEY HAVE MAILED THEM IN. In GA you can go online to check if your ballot has been received by the county. If you’re nervous about timing or just change your mind, go vote in person and we have a very secure process to cancel and void that absentee ballots and let you vote in person. Takes about 5 minutes at the polls. We had NUMEROUS people do this because the USPS is unreliable.
We did it right and it’s not hard. Cobb could have as well. Same for all the other metro ATL counties that tried this crap. We had THREE WEEKS of 6 day early voting. We got it done.
Big day tomorrow. Rule of law won today.
I've lost faith in government enforcing sane laws. It's insanity everywhere in government, brought to you by liberals who are bent on destroying our way of life. They protect illegal alien killers while murdering Peanut the Squirrel and Fred the Raccoon.
Ronna was enabling all this kinda stuff.
Amen, MM! Ugh… Ronna…😡
