Yes, she had 2 duties as VP. Preside over the senate, make tie-breaking votes and invoke the 25th amendment if appropriate. Clearly she failed at both positions. She cast the deciding vote which increased inflation significantly and she has been willfully oblivious to the obvious regarding Biden’s suitability to serve as leader of the Free World and President of the United States. She was given an additional duty by the President (or whoever is really pulling the strings) to address the border issue. There can be no argument that she did not fail at that responsibility. Millions of unvetted people / criminals / gang members have entered our country some of whom have committed heinous crimes against Americans. She keeps saying she can’t seal the border until we have “comprehensive” immigration reform. However, it is the constitutional responsibility of the executive branch to enforce the laws of the US and unless and until Congress changes the law enforcing the existing law is required. They refuse to enforce current immigration law - this should be impeachable as it’s clear this administration is derelict in their duty. To elect Harris would be a disaster for America and the World. I pray the American People are smart enough to not allow this to happen no matter how much voting illegality occurs.

And don’t expect Commie-la or administration officials to enact the 25th amendment, essentially admitting they betrayed and lied to the people of the United States for the last 4 years by claiming Flatlinejoe was perfectly normal and mentally sharp.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Kamala loses (even possibly if she wins) to remove Biden through the 25th amendment and make herself president even if only for the short transition period. Maybe she can enact martial law and stay there indefinitely.
