Shock Poll Shows Trump Leading in a Blue State
PJ Media ^ | 10/28/2024 | Matt Margolis

Former President Donald Trump has the momentum in the presidential race right now. He's erased Kamala Harris's leads in the RealClearPolitics national polling average and is winning in all of the battleground states. Such momentum at this point in the race is huge, and some believe that he can expand the electoral map.

And sure enough, another blue state appeared to show signs that Trump is very much in play there. The latest New Hampshire Journal/Praecones Analytica poll released Sunday night shows him narrowly leading Harris in the Granite State. Trump’s lead stands at 50.2 to 49.8 percent. Is it a small lead within the margin of error? Yes. But is that a big sign that Trump could potentially win the state? You bet it is.

"But the fact that Trump, who’s lost the Granite State twice, is leading in a state Democrats carried in seven of the last eight presidential races, could be very significant," writes Michael Graham at the New Hampshire Journal. "It’s one of a series of indicators that the Trump campaign is expanding the field of potential pick-up states less than two weeks before Election Day."

The last time a Republican won New Hampshire was in 2000.

It's not the only poll showing New Hampshire is close. A recent Emerson College poll indicated that Trump was only trailing Kamala by 50% to 47%. For our liberal readers, that's just three points.

On election night it is entirely possible the national race is called for President Trump while New Hampshire remains too close to call.

Imho the early shocker showing a big night for the President will be Virginia.

We have voter ID here in NH.
Most of the small towns all use paper ballots and tabulator machines.

Sununu wants Kelly Ayote to win. We have a Republican controlled house and state Senate. We have a Republican Secretary of State.

Oh how original. Thank you for that valuable information. We all didn’t know there was a chance of Democrats cheating. No use voting🙄

Regardless of reality, I expect a wave of “Harris surging” articles in the last days, if for no other reason, to lend credibility to the Democrat steal, if it’s close enough to steal.

This especially applies to Senate and House races, where they want to once again hamstring a Trump presidency.

The trend has also been in Trump’s favor in NH. Kamala was up by 6-8 points at one point. Then she was up by 3. Now Trump is up by less then a half point.
This means the last of the undecideds are all breaking for Trump. Which is the trend across the entire country.

My theory is that this group really wanted to like Harris and held out hope that she actually had a plan and was more than vibes. But in this last week or so, they are waking up to reality.

I do my own personal sign survey on my way home from work. I do not count the signs on public land or placed at intersections. Only signs put in front of a homeowner residence. A month ago there were a lot more Harris signs than Trump. Recently is is almost exactly the same. About a month ago there were no Trmup signs available,

The other thing I have noticed is that the Dem homeowner might have a the congress candidate, the state legislators, the executive council and governor BUT NOT a HARRIS sign.

So? If you happen to live there, help get out the vote and let the chips fall where they will.

Agreed with your analysis on undecideds breaking for the challenger.

It may be enough to get New Hampshire for President Trump—but my number crunching based on early voting says it is within 1% either way—so it should be a squeaker.

You would think that a state that says “Live Free or Die” on its license plate would automatically be a Red state.

Not if they didn’t plan on having to steal. Their resources are not unlimited. Trump picks up one or two surprise states and it’s over for the fraudsters.

Yes it is, with cities like Manchester using voting machines.

That's why we all need to get out and VOTE for repubs, including Trump.

We need to have so many votes that if they cheat the total number of votes will be greater than the total number of voters to make it obvious.

Just the fact that NH and VA are this close is really good news. The problem with NH is that during covid-19 we got swamped with people moving here from NY, NJ, CT, CA and of course MA.

The Massholes always get a bad rap, but most of them move here to escape to commonwealth. They actually tend to be more fiscally conservative. The problem is mostly the NY & NJ ones.

The other problem is the rich liberals who decide to retire to the multi million dollar NH vacation home on the lake of in the mountains. Then they complain about the property taxes and want an income tax. Which we COULD get IF Joyce Craig gets elected governor and the Dems get control again of the NH state house and senate.

The last time they controlled both houses we had SUNUNU to VETO all the crap they tried to push through. As much as everyone bad mouthed Sununu he was a good governor that vetoed the really crazy stuff. Kelly Ayote says she will govern in his moderate image.
