Putin cagily acknowledges North Korean troop presence; Seoul paralyzed until U.S. election

SEOUL, South Korea – With Russian President Vladimir Putin de facto confirming multiple signals of a North Korean troop presence in Russia and indications rising of their deployment to the war-torn Kursk oblast, Seoul is caught in a bind. Russia’s State Duma on Thursday ratified a North Korean-Russian strategic partnership that was agreed in Pyongyang in June. On the same day, Mr. Putin addressed the issue of images of North Korean troops in Russia that have appeared online. Though North Korea’s United Nations representative in New York called the troop deployment claims “groundless rumors,” Mr. Putin, speaking at a press briefing at the BRICS Summit in Kazan, admitted that the images “are a serious thing.”

Since this alliance was signed I’ve been on FR posting “hey guts, this Art. 4”! The NORKS have a highly trained and armed million plus standing army. LRM said 1 1/2 million just volunteered. I don’t know what that means.

The NORKS blew all road access into North Korea from the south last week. Should the south have reason to attack they would have a very rough go of it. Meanwhile, 50,000 artillery pieces would be constantly shelling Seoul. Under current conditions the NORKS could put 500,000 fully equipped troops on the NATO frontier within a month. The preparatory work will be done by these first few thousand.

This is a shot across NATO’s bow. Putin is telling DC he can double whatever NATO can put on the ground in Ukraine. Those forces and their resupply are less than a week away on an unmolested rail line.

The North Koreans are only Russian territory for now so what do the Eurotrash and the Biden Regime have to complain about? I guess they want the war to stay at 32 countries to one.

Many on this forum have warned our in-house nut-job neocons that the war could likely spread and here we are. All the bloody-minded demons could think of was war profits and Russia Russia Russia.

Wait until China puts some troops in. They all rightly fear the globohomo Soviet West.

In my life I’ve known many men who fought against NORK infantry. LRM’s men will fight with distinction just like the Ukes and Russians have. That mish mash of woke DEI led NATO forces that may deploy is highly suspect in my view.

No, we warned you idiots that Russia has clear strategic defensive interests in keeping the Ukraine out of the ever expanding NATO and you ignored us. The Congress is now actively attempting to update draft laws in anticipation of mass mobilization. They want to draft women and you idiots just keep fanning the flames. The neocons on this forum are all irritating ignorant scum.

Now the war is both being lost and spreading.

Oh stop the Russian BS

Ukraine is sovereign country and can do what it likes, Russia has zero say

Russia helps the World’s scum entities, like NK, Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and now the Houthis

Russia enables the monsters, let’s be honest here

communism is the new conservatism to some around here. Imagine being giddy with excitement over Iran, North Korea, and the CCP taking military action against the US and our allies. Some were even supportive of the summit with terrorist organizations like Islamic Jihad, Hezzbollah, Hamas, etc.

If 9/11 happened today they’d probably side with Bin Laden.

I just flipped cuck_neocon’s own comment and it triggered you. How sad. You are all up early or are you on the evening shift in Kiev? I am up early to clean for my daughter's visit today, what is your excuse?

Sorry not sorry that your neocon project of a war is going down the toilet and that Trump 47 is going to end it.

BS! Zelensky offered no NATO but Putin turned it down because he wanted Ukrainian land and to bring Ukraine under Russian control. And for some reason there are those here who are supporting that.

Russia can do what it wants in its own country, not in Ukraine. None of this would have happened if Russia had fulfilled its obligations under the Budapest Memorandum. Whatever had happened in 2014, it was an internal Ukrainian matter and did not justify Russia's invasion.

Russia even had a valid, freely-signed Peace Treaty with Ukraine - promising to respect Ukraine’s sovereignty and borders - still in effect when they invaded in Feb. 2022!!

Obviously, Russia doesn’t keep its own word
