It’s time to dismantle it
We need to kill the Bush manufactured “Homeland Security” agency, put it all back to before Bush, and hire all new senior officials for the restored Immigration and Nationalization Service. The “intelligence” stuff put into “Homeland Security” should be put under a new division in a totally reformed FBI that also has all new top officials.
