If Kamala Harris is all about providing aliens a “pathway to citizenship”, she should stop constantly sliming us like a Ghostbusters poltergeist and start advocating for, and maybe trying to streamline, LEGAL IMMIGRATION.
Everything else but this cruelly discourages worthy foreigners from attempting or enduring the process of legal immigration.
But we all know it’s not about bestowing citizenship, Per Se. It’s about obtaining and keeping an impervious hammerlock on political power, to the permanent detriment of anyone she considers a political enemy according to the Friend Enemy Distinction.

Since she’s only “American” by virtue of one Supreme Court decision in 1898, and even that’s debatable, of course she wants amnesty for all.
She is definitely running for the American people. She is remaking the American people in to an obedient violent socialist cabal.

As you correctly point out, it is debatable that she is even a 14th amendment citizen, as her alien parents were temporary sojourners in the US on student and work VISAS, which would mean that they were not subject to the total jurisdiction of the US, as the authors of the 14th amendment stated that the amendment required. If that matter were to be sustained in an Article III court, then she would be an illegal or maybe a DACA alien.
but let’s assume, for the sake of argument, that she IS a valid 14th amendment citizen. That would mean that she is NOT an Article II, section one, clause 5 Natural Born Citizen eligible to the office of POTUS or VPOTUS. The US had 17 presidents who assumed office before the passage of the 14th amendment in 1868, and not one of them was qualified by virtue of that provision. It did not refer to, or modify Article II in any manner. The meaning, whatever it was meant to be by the framers, is precisely that which was meant when the constitution was ratified in September of 1787, before the adoption of the Bill of Rights.
Given the description of what constituted an NBC in the SCOTUS Venus merchantman case of 1814, wherein the entire 212th paragraph of Vatel’s Law of Nations was quoted in it’s entirety by Justice Livingston, who wrote for the majority which stated:
§ 212. Citizens and natives.
The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
This decision was rendered by men who were members of the founding generation. The 14th amendment and the various Immigration and Naturalization Acts have conflated and confounded in the public mind the original intent of the NBC provision which was;
To minimize the likelihood of undue foreign allegiance on the the office of POTUS, particularly from a father who owed allegiance to a foreign sovereign.
Harris simply does not meet the definition of an Article II natural born citizen. She is a constitutional fraud, as well as in every other sense.

Meese and Eastman demonstrated in the Hamdi case that Wong Kim Ark was flawed, and that it referred to English Common Law which has no incorporation into US federal law, certainly not in the respect of nationality. “Sojourners in the King’s dominion” is a feudal concept designed to add subjects to the monarch’s tax roll. So even under that umbrella she gets no shade.
And she doesn’t come close to Vatel’s definition. She’s basically a visitor as it is: she has four living blood relatives in this country, with two of them being her neices. That’s it. No military members or vets, or any history of such; no ancestors who came across the plains as settlers; not even an Ellis Island entrant to romanticize.
And then it gets all mucked up cuz she left for Canada...because her mother’s visa ran out.
Uh...this is not a person with any real connection at all to the United States of America.
And the thought of handing over Western Civilization to her tender mercies beggars belief. Her entire mission on Day One would be to destroy it in an act of insane revenge.
Actual Latino citizens are not going to like that.
