This technology aims to revolutionize the way satellites are sent into space, using a giant rotating arm to fling satellites into low Earth orbit.

Pegasus rockets have been launched from planes since 1990.

Not according to the escape velocity calculator.

Even assuming a loop with a 1 km diameter, orbital velocity is going to generate more than 24,000 G’s of centripetal acceleration. I wouldn’t sign up for that ride.

3 miles a second to reach low orbit 125 mile, 4.86 miles a second to maintain orbit at 125 miles...7 miles a second to escape orbit!

“The arm slowly oges faster and faster, reducing G forces on 1 the object to be launched.”

As it rotates faster G forces increase.

“A sphere has the least resistance to wind.”

The airfoil has the least.

“Won’t the atmoshperic friction from traveling 17,500 mph, or faster, burn up the payload going up, they same as it does coming down?”

Heat will definitely be a problem but re-entry capsules are designed to slow down. This KE is transformed to heat.

“Escape velocity is slightly under 25,000 MPH.”

By definition, orbiting objects do not escape. The value at one earth radius is 17,672 mph. The higher you go, the slower the speed.

The moon is about 2,200 mph.
