On Friday’s “CNN Newsroom,” Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) said that it’s time for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to be willing to give ground in talks with Hamas and that if a deal in Gaza is struck, “it will also shape the way in which Israel views the nature of its retaliation on Iran.”
After Krishnamoorthi stated that the death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar increases the likelihood of a hostage deal because Sinwar changed his demands in negotiations, Host Jim Sciutto asked, “[T]here were also times in the negotiations when U.S. negotiators felt that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was adding demands or holding tight to demands, for instance, a continued Israeli military presence along the border between Gaza and Egypt, which even some of his own military commanders did not seem to believe was a requirement here. Do you think that the Israeli leader, also, that it’s now time for him to give ground?”

Bibi/Israel should not ever trust a Democrat.... especially Jewish Democrats.
I thought immediately that killing that leader would cause what happened: CNN and then others rushed out comments about the war is over now and the cruel Israelis should lay down their arms and end the attacks.
It’s not over. The WAR is not over when one man is down.
No, it’s time for Hamass to give up on Jihad, disarm, release what’s left of the hostages and live happily ever after in peace.
Or else.....
The Rats are the pro-Hamas party.
HAMAS leadership must not survive this war.
Israel has apparently always agreed to let the leadership go into exile in return for the hostages, but they would not promise not to hunt them down later.
I’ve posted a proposal for a day of bombing halts for each hostage freed.
That would give most Gazans an incentive to facilitate the return of hostages.
There are probably at least two dozen hostages HAMAS leadership has no direct control over.
If Bibi listens to ANY American advising Bibi negotiating with his enemies, he is a fool. We cannot be trusted.
Yup. We’ve seen evidence of that with the violence in DC supporting Hamas.
India is calling you.
Raja needs to concentrate on his specialty which is nothing.
And the majority of JEWS will vote for this creep.
How about NO. There is no compromise with a horde of hateful muslims whose official stance is the genocide of Isreal, moron.
My current suggestion for a Palestinian-Isreali deal:
24 hours of no bombing for every live hostage returned after September 24th
12 bonus hours for each additional live hostage returned on the same day
after September 24th and prior to the 20th calendar day after agreement
6 hours of no bombing for every dead hostage delivered up
24 hours of no bombing if a complete set of tunnel maps is furnished to the Israeli negotiating team before October 29th
Israel to supply a list of possible hostages within ten days. Israel shall acquire the right to use in Gaza one kilogram of high explosive for each hour a listed individual is not returned or delivered up.
HAMAS and the Palestinian Authority separately and jointly agree to criminally prosecute and severely punish all violence against hostages.
At any time, Israel may shoot to kill by gunfire any person presenting an apparent armed threat to Israelis, or any person specified by Israel reasonably suspected of a war crime who is not in a widely known, habitually judicially used, government funded detention facility for common criminals any time at least 24 hours after such request has been made and remains in effect. Except during no bombing periods, Israel shall additionally have the right to kill by missiles with warheads of less than six kilograms of high explosive any such persons.
In Gaza, HAMAS and the Palestinian Authority agree to publicly discourage unofficial public carrying of weapons Israelis might think pose an apparent armed threat to Israelis. In Gaza, HAMAS and the Palestinian Authority members shall only carry weapons while in an official uniform.
Restrictions imposed on Israel by this agreement shall voided by any Gazan source action in gross violation of this agreement.
NOTE 1: Just about every Gazan would have an incentive to find hostages so they can be returned.
NOTE 2: Encourages the speedy return of hostages without needless numerical obstruction.
NOTE 3: Does not call for the release of terrorists now held by Israel.
NOTE 4: Drastically curtails the ability of Israel to use highly destructive high explosives.
NOTE 5: Allows Palestinians to deal with terrorists and war criminals now running loose in Gaza judicially themselves rather than having the IDF deal with them.
Obama and his prog comrades like this dot-head want nothing more than for Iran to get a nuclear arsenal.
There can no longer be any Gaza deals. Stfu while the good idf finishes cleaning up that damned terrorist nest once and for all
Hey Raja! FO and go home. We don’t need your Indian BS here.
International law requires the unconditional return of the hostages.
