Rosie O'Donnell's eldest daughter has been charged with child neglect after police found her 11-month-old son in a home full of meth pipes, feces, and garbage.
Chelsea Belle O'Donnell, 27, was charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of meth, and possession of THC....
'It appeared Jacob and Chelsea were more concerned with their drug addiction than providing [the baby] with a safe and clean environment,' police alleged.
During their search, police also found evidence suggesting drug trafficking may have been occurring inside the house and a meth cooking setup was in place.
In a second incident on October 11, police pulled Chelsea over and arrested her when they allegedly found a meth pipe....

Ultimately, on some level, everyone is responsible for their own actions and choices. With that said, being raised by a psychotic animal like Rosie O’D, poor Chelsea most definitely had the deck stacked against her. In a saner world, Rosie O’D would have long ago been confined to a mental institution rather than being allowed to “parent” children.

Better check DNA on that child. Rosie can afford to buy one and nobody would notice that she’d never been pregnant. This is not the behavior of someone who has actually given birth to a child. But it does fit into the sort of behaviors you’d expect from someone who has adopted some poor kid as a fashion statement, vanity, virtue signal.
