Oct. 11, 2024

One of two teenagers charged in the death of a retired police chief who they allegedly ran over as he was bicycling on a Las Vegas road has been found unfit to stand trial.

Jesus Ayala, now 19, has been moved from jail to a secure Nevada psychiatric facility for evaluation, treatment and possible trial if he is found competent, according to cover records. The commitment order suspends criminal charges against him.

And if he is found competent enough to stand trial, I hope the judge throws the book at him.

According to reports, Jesus Ayala was the driver. If the State issued him a driver’s license, they by default determined him to be fit to stand trial for actions related to driving. The State cannot go back later and claim he wasn’t fit to stand trial.

Sounds like he was making coherent statements at the time of his arrest...

“”Oh, s-—, we need to get out of here,” (on video right after he mowed down the bicyclist)

“I’ll be out in thirty days,” he was allegedly captured saying on an officer’s body camera.”

“It’s just a, f———, ah, hit-and-run. Slap on the wrist,” the teen flippantly told the officer. “

He apparently was competent enough to brag about the murder...

“Keys was arrested days later after he shared the sick footage with friends on Instagram, and the video started circulating at his local high school.”

If you’re unfit for trial, then you’re pretty much unfit to live.

We're seeing this more and more often with the random stabbings of innocent passersby: The assailant's murderous behavior is excused because he is "mentally ill."

This is very similar to what the corrupt criminals running government are importing into our country by the millions. While those same people call for people like Elon Musk to be deported.

Know that psychologists are NOT on the side of sane society and law and order. The field is dominated by deranged leftists, homosexuals and Democrats, just like most public university professors.

They do NOT want to punish law breakers.

Defense attorneys COACH these indicted pieces of excrement to act in a certain way in court so that they can conveniently get the insanity defense.

These attorneys are as guilty as the perps.

This BS isn’t gonna stop until people start taking the law into their own hands.

We’re there now, I’m just surprised it hasn’t started happening yet.

Lock him up for life in a hospital for the criminally INSANE!

Most mass murderers are crazy enough that in the 1950s whey would have been locked away. Then the mental hospitals were closed in the 1970s, the inmates dumped on the streets and the mass murder rate took off like a rocket!

He could have lost it after he got the license.
