A 17-year-old boy is in custody and police are searching for three other suspects after masked gunmen opened fire at a school bus with children on board in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, officials announced Friday.
Jaki White-Marshall, 17, of Coatesville, was arrested and charged as an adult with aggravated assault and other offenses. The incident occurred on Thursday, Oct. 10, around 2:30 p.m

As usual the idiots in charge assign blame to the access kids have to guns rather than on whatever upbringing issues they have that would guide them to address a “personal feud” with premeditated murder.
Seems a little excessive for a drug deal gone bad or a dispute over a girl, if that is what it is.

Coatesville seems like a nice place, kind of rural just outside of Philly suburbs.
They need a good lecture from Obama.
Coatesville is not rural, it is the hood or hood adjacent.
Demographics:
32% White
48% Black
28% Hispanic

Yeah ... not such a nice place these days... old industrial town, depressed, lots of unemployment & welfare, definitely has seen better days. My kids did a camp outreach there with our church for a few summers.
It identifies the perps’ race right there at the topo. They are Teens. That is the currently acceptable term for Negro youths from age 10 to thirty or more.
