Should have been:

“And...the threat that” Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran present,

“I think that it is without any question our imperative to do what we can to allow Israel to defend itself against those kinds of attacks,”

The “I think that” and “without any question” are incongruous.

Kamala tends to add words unnecessarily and sometimes out of order.

I think she is lazy and doesn’t prepare herself to speak on likely topics.
