Ever since Israel killed Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh while he was housed in a ‘super secret’ compound, by a remote detonation of planted explosives... Iran has been vowing revenge... And so far... Nothing has happened.
The reason why... Israel has an insider, a person who is very very close to the Iranian leadership... Close enough to know all their secrets... Close enough to know that Hassan Nasrallah ordered pagers and walkie-talkies, and close enough to intercept that order and send Nasrallah pagers with implanted bombs instead... I.E. The Iranian regime is scared sh*tless that they can be eliminated by Israel, and at a time of Israel’s choosing. It may be tomorrow, next month or next year... If you’re on their list you will die.
So they will huff, they will puff and they will do nothing... Because the next time a death bell tolls, it may toll for them.
You’ll get no argument from me. Indeed, each Congress member is required to spend so many hours each week doing fund raising for the party. If they don’t, they get no funds from the party. Since rules were changed that prevented them from using their office phones for fund raising, both parties have nearby building where they go to “serve their hours”. Indeed, that’s one reason so few of them attend committee meetings we elected them to attend for us. Look at a typical meeting room. You could toss a grenade into most of them and not hurt anyone. On top of that, look at their recess time and the time spent traveling to meetings in Jackson Hole, Paris, etc. We ought to pass a law that any meeting attended outside of Washington is at their own expense.
Well, if it is a “game”, I guess it’s Iran’s turn.
The “Supreme Leader” can stick his head out of his hole and take a shot. Just get ready for the response.
