There are not enough law enforcement assets in NC, or any other state, to do follow-up on nearly three-quarters of a million people to determine intent.
Since there’s no way to connect a secret ballot with its voter when and after it’s counted, there are most likely zero cases being investigated from that group. Without an investigation, there can be no prosecutions.
