Great points. But “The message is it’s forever illegal to not agree or to challenge the democrats.” isn’t quite right.
You CAN disagree with or challenge democrats, but you will be ruined and will never work again.
And some people consider the legal system to be functional.
They already did, I thought.
“Obviously rhetorical.”
Mostly yes.
Wouldn't it be sweet if President Trump appoints an effective AG who finally goes after them and gets them all disbarred on the same grounds? Maybe then democrats would finally cry "uncle" and call off the lawfare.
And their very act of disbarring Giuliani supports the fact that the claims are real. They would not go to the extent they are if the claims were demonstrably false.
I look at it this way: if I see “false”, “baseless”, or “without evidence” in the title I know it’s crap.
If Trump is back in there in January, he will clean house..
If Harris is in there.. They will all have a banquet and the corruption rill he aimed at the people.
Hell hath no fury like a democrat party that tastes full blown power.
And we don’t have a Florida to swim to.
Maybe heaven would come down
Bible:
For the devil has come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
>>>So if a lawyer pushes false claims that their client wasn’t a murderer (when he in fact was), they can be disbarred now?<<<
I’ve often wondered about that too.
Too late for that.
"The thing that Winston was about to do was to open a diary. This was not illegal (nothing was illegal, since there were no longer any laws), but if detected it was reasonably certain that it would be punished by death, or at least by twenty-five years in a forced-labor camp."We are at the point where we have hundreds of thousands of pages of so-called laws, but, in reality, there are no longer any laws.
Well said.
My thoughts exactly.
Not unexpected. The ABA is a cesspool of liberal corruption.
The ABA is a cesspool of liberal corruption.
But the red white and blue basketball was cool.
To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget, whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again, and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself—that was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word "doublethink" involved the use of doublethink. |
The disbarment of a D.A that took down the mafia proves it.
“disbarring Giuliani supports the fact that the claims are real.”
One hundred percent!
I thing they are commies. We shouldn’t be surprised, the reds captured the institutions which train our justice department decades ago.
They had a plan, and they’re almost done.
Yes, and it’s getting worse and more ridiculous each day.
A lawyer who threatens another lawyer with sanctions if he pursues a claim is subject to sanctions. Did he suborn perjury? Did he tamper with evidence? Did he pressure a witness? No. He just brought a claim that some supposed arbiter of truth deemed false. This is a gross miscarriage of justice against a distinguished attorney and prosecutor.
