President Joe Biden said Wednesday that he delegated “everything” as commander-in-chief to Vice President Kamala Harris, including foreign policy and domestic policy.Whoa, Bucky. When did you do this? When you took office? After you were forced not to run? Today?
This matters and I’m not sure how capable he is of answering that question.
