On Sunday, Democrat presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris admitted she wants some guns banned and supports pre-crime firearm confiscation, yet she still claimed to be pro-Second Amendment.
Harris wrote, “It is a false choice to suggest you are either in favor of the Second Amendment or you want to take everyone’s guns away.”
She continued, “I am in favor of the Second Amendment — and I am in favor of an assault weapons ban, universal background checks, and red flag laws.”

Well one thing for sure going to be a lot of LEO Widows and Widowers...
BTW it is easy to order someone else to do your killing.
This Indian speaks with forked tongue.
Was driving to work this morning listening to Maria Bartiromo.... she had a guest on (perhaps it was her regular guest Cheryl Casone?) who said that Coup-malala’s staff have now come out with a statement that she does NOT own a gun. Maria was beside herself as she was trying to process the two statements that were in direct conflict with each other.
Not possible, banning guns and backing the 2nd Amendment - typical lib, keep your cake and eat it too.
Go back and read the 2nd. Amendment Kammie - oh, can’t read? What part of “shall not be infringed” mean?
She’s never been very picky when it comes to what she’s willing to straddle
Well, I’m not sure the talk is from her mouth!
She wants to send the courts more business. This woman is wickedly dangerous ! She is a true friend of criminals. Bet she wants to ban conceal carry also.
Bkmk
I Want Some Guns Banned and Pre-Crime Gun Confiscation.
The crazy stooge better start at the border where all the numberless guns are coming through from all over the world.
If she had any brains she would get busted for smuggling shit.
She feels strongly BOTH ways on ALL issues!

That is not in the 2A but "shall not be infringed" is.
What does Harris propose by banning AR-15 type weapons? She has previously talked about mandatory buy back programs or will she just send jackbooted thugs to enter your home and look for “assault” weapons?
>What in the hell is “pre-crime gun confiscation?”
So-called red flag laws. Person A doesn’t like Person B any more, or is a leftist fanatic, so they report Person B as a danger to himself or others.
In absentia (what 6th Amendment?) a judge hears the request. The answer is always ‘yes’ because the judges are leftists, and even if they aren’t exactly zero judges want to be on the hook in the papers in the event Person B really is a bad guy. Person B has no idea this happened.
Now, without a charge, any evidence, or a jury, officers are dispatched to Person B’s address to take any and all weapons (what 2nd or 4th Amendment?). If they’re fortunate the officers won’t decide that little details like knocking or not just shooting their way in aren’t too risky.
Voila, disarmament by fiat, especially against people who had a relationship gone sour or who come to the attention of rabid leftists. And, of course, anyone *else* who might like to use their 1st Amendment keeps their head down too lest they get the same.
As usual with these things they’re passed by crisis; which is to say like the “on the radar” shooters, a known serious threat is left until it turns into violence and the ready-to-go red flag bill is trotted out while emotions are high.
“I support the Second Amendment BUT...”
How many times have we heard this before?
You know what comes next.
Why, in the LIEberal lexicon, “pre-crime gun confiscation” is a thought crime!
Ask the folks at pre-crime division in Minority Report.
