The 24-year-old driver who hit Lee stayed at the scene of the crash and has been detained after showing signs of impairment, according to police. Sources confirmed the name of the suspect to First Alert 4 but because charges have not yet been filed we are not naming him. But court records show the man is currently on probation for a previous domestic assault and DWI case in St. Charles County. At the time of his last arrest police said he was living in the country illegally.

How nice, ANOTHER ILLEGAL behind the wheel. People who allowed this to happen are traitors, pure and simple.

Do not allow LEOs to stop vehicles while traveling on the interstate. All stops are made at the first available exit.
All accidents should be immediately cleared from the roadway.
I’ve never understand the urgency or need to place yourself and others at risk along side interstate traffic.
Yet Leo’s seem to believe flashing lights bring superpowers.
