Selfish position based on the corporate real estate problem. His only focus is on how he can make money. Workers working from home do not help him.
Except bureaucrats “working” from home probably cost him as they do all taxpayers.
Gee, I wonder if he’s concerned with grocery prices. You know like trailer swift is. ๐ด๐ด๐ด๐ด๐ด
You may think it is a selfish position. I think tax dollars are being wasted by having high paid government employees sitting at home in their pajamas not answering the phone and not on their computers.
Agreed. So many people are trying to put the genie back in the bottle.
There are very real savings & efficiencies working form home for those positions where productivity can be measured objectively. Rather than trying to switch back from cars to horses the trick is how to maximize the advantages of working from home for the company & the individual.
He’s calling for Federal employees to get back to work. I forget which department it was but one of the big h=ones had about 80% of employees not log in to their system in two years
Correct. I suspect his buds in NYC govt have pressured all the Wall Street Banks to enforce on-site work because (it is well known) tax rev’s are in the toilet, and Wall Street Drones spends lots of money in NYC even before lunch.
Guess they asked him to shill other big employers to toe the line.
Not really. If you saw how many Federal employees “work” from home, how they spend their “work days” and much they get paid, you would be furious.
More than that.
I personally know someone was a director that closed a successful new acquisition in Modesto and moved it to Seattle, because he hated Modesto and didn’t want to travel to it.
Now that acquisition failed.
I doubt Mr Dimon spends 2 out of 5 days in the office anyway.
