Former President Donald Trump announced in Wilmington, N.C., on Saturday that if elected, he would end all sanctuary cities in the United States.
"I'm announcing a new plan to end all sanctuary cities in North Carolina and all across our country," Trump said while referring to Democrat challenger Kamala Harris as the "invasion president" if she's elected.
"As soon as I take office, we will immediately surge federal law enforcement to every city that is failing, which is a lot of them, to turn over criminal aliens," Trump said. "And we will hunt down, capture every single gang member, drug dealer, rapist, murderer, and migrant criminal that is being illegally harbored."

Technically the headline is like the auto industry “bloodbath” business term.
A fantasy of an end to those sanctuary cities might sound, well, final.
But even Dresden and Berlin made it through to today after the Allies set them back.
Trump needs to install spines into federal judges and federal agencies whose job it is to ENFORCE THE LAW.
And I don't know how he can do that.

Should Trump ask if these cities would like their population to grow by 1/3 with Haitian refuges?

So what he should do is make them live up to their claim of being a welcoming sanctuary city and flood the places with illegals.
