In an official document submitted to the US court, the UN, backed by the US Department of Justice, claims that UNRWA employees who participated in the October 7th massacre be granted immunity from prosecution.
A full 10% of UNRWA employees are affiliated with a terror group, and at least 12 UNRWA employees participated directly in the October 7 massacre: Six were part of the wave of terrorists who breached the border fence and participated in the assault, two helped kidnap Israelis, two were tracked to sites where scores of Israelis were massacred, and other coordinated logistics for the attack - including the procurement of weapons.
In the document submitted to a US court, it is claimed that the UNRWA employees who participated in the massacre have immunity: "Since the UN has not waived their immunity in this case, its subsidiary organization, UNRWA, continues to enjoy absolute immunity from prosecution, and the lawsuit should be dismissed," reads UNRWA's response document.
The US Department of Justice added: ''The plaintiffs' complaint does not present a theory under which the United Nations waived its immunity. Therefore, since the UN has not waived their immunity in this case, its subsidiary organization, UNRWA, continues to enjoy absolute immunity from prosecution, and the lawsuit against the defendant UNRWA should be dismissed due to the lack of subject matter.''

So the US department of Justice is arguing for immunity for terrorists, while still pursuing J6 protesters? Obviously Israel knows who they are, they can use the excuse they were collateral damage.

The UN wants immunity for committing war crimes. So in their minds war crimes are OK if they’re the ones doing it. Interesting.
The UNRWA "employees" should be executed on the floor of the UN General Assembly and Diplomatic Immunity for the entire UN should be rescinded.

Filthy United Nations diplomats have “diplomatic immunity” to be free to cause car accidents, attack prostitutes while paying them for services and run illegal criminal enterprises in the US.
Others have “consular immunity.”

They can have 'immunity'... What they can't have is any peace of mind... Because Israel doesn't forget, and they will eventually be punished for their crimes... And that punishment isn't an electric chair, gas chamber or prison... That punishment will be the sudden extinguishment of their lives at Israel's discretion... It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow... But it will happen at a time and place of Israel's choosing, and they won't even realize that it's happened until it's over and they find themselves rotting in hell, with no virgins and no God to help them.

How the hell can anyone claim immunity for terroristic acts? I would argue that, rather than look at the individuals, this makes the UN a terrorist organization.

Immunity in a court does not imply immunity from Mossad. Israel should just declare all U.N. personell ‘persona non grata’ in their territories, and then just start executing any who remain.
