Donald Trump says a federal case needs to be brought against Kamala Harris after it was revealed Iran sent sensitive materials to her campaign about her rival...

...on Wednesday, the FBI claimed the cyber-terrorists sent unsolicited emails containing stolen information from the Trump campaign to people connected to the Democratic president in an effort to interfere.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, is now questioning why the Biden or Harris campaign did not turn over this information or report it to authorities...

There's no evidence that any of the recipients of the hacked information responded, officials said, and instead prevented it from surfacing in the final months of the closely contested election.

The hackers sent emails in late June and early July...

preventing it from 'surfacing' is one thing - not reporting it is quite another.

Iran...Iran...Iran. Kamala is obviously colluding with Iran to win the election. The FBI already got the evidence.

Say what? Iran’s goal is to “stoke discord and undermine confidence in our electoral process?”

That’s utter nonsense. Iran just wanted to share in the “joy” Kamala
and Tim are bringing to an otherwise lackluster election campaign....../s.

And besides, Iran needn’t have bothered........
journos, power-crazies, and asst Dem acolytes .......you know, the usual suspects.........
have already stoked mucho discord and voter confidence in our electoral process.

Iran isn’t Russia, it’s just a terror-sponsoring state that hates Jews, so Democrats have no problem with it.

President Donald Trump says a federal case needs to be brought against Kamala Harris
after it was revealed Iran sent sensitive materials to her that were stolen from his campaign...

There are different ways to bring a federal case against a
person, depending on whether the case is criminal or civil:

Criminal cases
A federal criminal case can be brought by a criminal complaint, an information, or an indictment:

Criminal complaint: A US Attorney’s office and law enforcement agency work together to prepare a criminal complaint. The complaint is presented to a Federal Magistrate Judge who determines if there is probable cause.

Indictment: A Grand Jury, a group of citizens, hears preliminary evidence and decides if there is enough proof to charge someone with a federal crime.

Civil cases
A civil lawsuit can be brought by filing a complaint with the court
and serving a copy of the complaint on the defendant:

The complaint should include the plaintiff’s damages, how the defendant caused the harm, and a request for relief.

Discovery is a process where the litigants exchange information about the case, such as witness identities and documents.

Federal Election Commission OIG Hotline:
The FEC OIG has authority to investigate matters that concern FEC programs, operations, and funds, so as to prevent and detect fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, and related misconduct.

OIG investigations analyze complaints from concerned members of the public to determine if complaints allege violations of law, regulation, or policy and impact FEC programs of operations.

The subject of an OIG investigation can involve alleged wrongdoing that may address administrative, civil, or criminal violations of laws, regulations, and policies.

Matters appropriate for OIG investigation include, but are not limited to:

• Theft
• Misuse of resources
• Acquisition fraud
• Employee misconduct
• Mismanagement
• Retaliation
• Time and attendance fraud
• Travel fraud
• Conflicts of interest
• Ethical violations
• Abuse of authority
• Prohibited personnel practices

If you wish to file a complaint with the FEC OIG, please provide sufficient information so that we can initiate an inquiry as insufficient information can hinder the OIG’s investigation. You may file a complaint via the following three methods:

1. File a complaint through the FEC OIG Hotline Portal (preferred method)

2. File a complaint by completing the Hotline Complaint Form and mailing it to:

Federal Election Commission
Office of Inspector General
1050 First Street, NE Suite 1010
Washington, DC 20463

File a complaint in person at the OIG or via telephone by calling the OIG Hotline
at 202-694-1015 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You may also dial toll-free at
1-800-424-9530 (menu option 0; then dial 1015).

“Unsolicited”? Yah,sure! And I'll bet that the info that the Harris/Biden regime has gotten from Red China was unsolicited as well.

This is a dumb way to reframe this argument.

There should immediately jump to asking who received the information, and what did they do to act upon the information.

And why didn’t they immediately reported to the authorities.

The hounded Trump for eight years for “Russia Russia Russia” on Much less information.

Wasn’t James O’Keefe raided by the FBI for having Ashley Bidens diary that someone gave him? And wasn’t the woman who gave it to him after Ahley left it behind in a rented property indicted for possessing the diary? I would think receiving stolen documentation of your Oresidential opponent ftom a foreign enemy country and likely using it to help your campaign is a whole lot worse. In a fair country, of course.

Israel and Ukraine are fighting the same enemies.
