California Governor Gavin Newsom threatened legal action against Elon Musk for sharing a funny meme on X.
Newsom this week signed into law a bill that makes it illegal to ‘knowingly distribute an ad or other election communications that contain materially deceptive content, including deepfakes.’
Who determines what is ‘materially deceptive?” Gavin Newsom?
Of course, this law will only be used to criminally charge Trump supporters for exercising their First Amendment rights.

Elon Musk trolled Gavin Newsom and encouraged X users to share a Kamala Harris parody campaign ad.

“The governor of California just made this parody video illegal in violation of the Constitution of the United States,” Elon Musk said.
“Would be a shame if it went viral,” he said.

So for instance the continuing Hitler Parodies on YouTube would need to be banned as political memes then since they make political fun of both parties?
Making fun and ridiculing political parties and people goes back to Greece at least using memes of a sort so all of that is no forbidden? Including Political Cartoons?

Newsom is putting political impersonators out of jobs in Californication.

And what government body is tasked with enforcing 18 US Code section 242? Why the Department of Justice! They’ll get right on the prosecution of Newsom.

It is very important to understand that Constitutional justice and codes are now gone. They are adjustable as needed with the power of a judge. Judges are no longer required to ahdere to the law of the land. They make it up on the fly as they go along and there is absolutely no way to legally override it. They have the power of God, The Constitution is trash and has absolutely no bearing on our new “justice”.
We have been living in a Communist nation since 2008... Time to understand this reality and act accordingly.

Not surprised. CA needs money. Elon musk HAS money.
But CA. has no standing.

they'll need to revoke the Bill of Rights first.
If it wasn’t for that pesky second amendment…..

Perhaps the DemonKKKrats want exclusive ability to attack their opposition. It’s the old ‘What’s legal for me is illegal for you.’ To bad we are on to their scam.

Right... Tell that to the judge... Right
Good luck finding a prosecutor to file the charges.
I wish there were such a prosecutor out there but generally they are all ambitious climbers and cowards
