Team Trump makes $48M bet on Kamala’s illegal-immigration problem with swing-state ad buy

As the 2024 election hits its stretch run, an organization supporting Donald Trump is betting big that swing-state voters will recoil from the truth about Kamala Harris’ immigration record.

Make America Great Again Inc. has made a $48 million ad buy in Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania — where 46 electoral votes are up for grabs — with $6.1 million being spent in the Grand Canyon State, $9 million in the Peach State and a whopping $32.9 million in the Keystone State.

The spot, launched Tuesday, starts off with a female narrator warning that “safety in our streets and justice in our courtrooms are under attack” because of Harris’ “dangerous liberal values.”

The ad includes a callback to one of Harris’ most infamous social media posts, a 2020 plea to “chip in now to the Minnesota Freedom Fund to help post bail for those protesting in the ground on Minnesota,” a euphemistic reference to the rioters in the streets of Minneapolis after George Floyd’s death.

Yet it wasn’t just protesters who got Harris’ help. It was also some of the sickest members of our society, who were using a moment of national chaos as cover.

Among those bailed out, the ad notes: a “registered sex offender charged with terrorizing, raping and threatening an 8-year-old girl.” Local reporting corroborated this at the time.

The ad then references one of Harris’ more recent remarks — the claim that her “values have not changed” despite positions that have since her first campaign for president and her insistence that she understands the “importance of safety.”

“No, she doesn’t,” the narrator retorts, calling Harris “dangerously liberal” and “still dangerous for America.”

How about also in Nevada and Minnesota where Trump is in striking distance in both those states.

I’d spend some more time in NV.

He should incorporate this in his Penn ads

Absolutely disgusting.

Politicians in the hip pocket of corporate America. That’s why business and corrupt politicians hate Pres Trump so much

He needs PA and GA and one other state. Could be AZ or NV or MI or MN. I think any combination gets him 270+. I could be off. He might need 3 of them. But it seems clear the Presidency goes through PA. VA also helps.

I don’t know about these ads in particular. Personally I don’t like negative ads. They run tons of them up and down the ballot, both sides. I would prefer positive ads that promote a candidate’s virtues and accomplishments and policies. But I’m not sure what campaign finance laws allow wrt PAC ads.

Glad to see they are finally advertising something. Tired of only seeing D ads.

Wish they would point out that Trump is a leader running against a puppet serving a machine. She’s a figurehead with a very bad history. The attacks against Trump would have been leveled against any Republican candidate, look how they treated Bush, McCain and Romney. All were called evil. Trump fights back and provides policies and plans as opposed to hope and feelings unsupported by any real proposals. She can’t even hold a live unscripted interview, let alone a press conference, even with those friendliest to her.

A negative advert is a lie.

These are factual adverts explaining her positions.

This is an excellent ad buy. Illegal immigration is, I think, the no. 2 issue for voters just after the economy.

He needs to run an ad in NV touting his “no tax on tips” plan that also focuses in on how Kamala provided the tie-breaking vote as VP to have the IRS crackdown on collecting taxes on tips. Trump was higher in the polls in NV before Kamala stole his “no tax on tips” proposal. He needs to make sure the workers in Las Vegas and Reno know that only he can be trusted to actually deliver on this considering her past record against it.

Right now a lot of people just see it as both their policies, which is ridiculous. He needs to reclaim this winning position, and he needs ads to get the message out.

The pollster for Insider Advantage was on Fox saying too that Trump needs to run ads letting seniors know that he also wants to end taxes on social security payments. He said Trump has dropped a lot in the polls with seniors lately, and most of them have no idea about his no tax on social security plan. I really hope he does these sorts of targeted ads and not just focuses on immigration.

Kamala is a reverential “migrant worshipper;
has a shrine to the “refugee god” in her office.

she’s made countless appearances on migrant worshipping media to show her reverence and loyalty to illegal unvetted masses (sob).

She could care less about the crisis caused to taxpayers by illegal immigrants.

“He needs to run an ad in NV touting his “no tax on tips” plan”

**************

Trump should expand the “no tax on” memes. This serves two purposes: It helps to reduce the tax burdens that weigh on American and at the same time cuts the amount of money the government will have to waste. This is a winning strategy on several levels IMO.

My ad would have saved him a lot of money.
