Ultimately, the debate failed to move the needle.

Doom and gloomers are so odd.

Trump was Trump, yes, some hiccups, but being seen as earnest is always going to ‘trump’ being seen as cynical.

Harris did not change the big knocks against her last night, even in a debate she ‘won.’

10 is a very small sample size.

Don’t let the propaganda get to you, it’s to be expected.

The one fault with Trump’s and Republicans debate strategy is not demanding more debates.

Any Republican should propose that will debate the Democratic opponent anytime, anywhere using any format and moderators so long as the Democrat agrees to the same thing in reverse.

We would get two debates, one with Democratic rules and one with Republican rules, let’s see who can best handle the hostile environment

Republicans usually agree to whatever the Democrats want and end up debating 3 versus 1

Reuters interviewed 10 people who were still unsure how they were going to vote ...

In other words, they interviewed blithering idiots.

I don't even watch these stupid things.

I'm no fan of Frank Luntz, but he made some observations about televised debates back in 2016 that have stuck in the back of my mind:

1. Polls taken in the immediate aftermath of a debate are meaningless.

2. Polls taken 48 hours to ten days after a debate tend to give the exact opposite results of those taken immediately after the debate.

3. Focus groups of voters watching a televised poll are far more informative than stupid polls.

So far I haven’t seen any reactions to Kamela’s constant smirking. It was terrible optics.

The debate demonstrated the clear choice that Americans now have. If they want a continuation of Biben’s policies, a lower standard of living, open borders, to trade their freedom for socialist promises and policies, and globalism, they will vote for Harris. If they value their liberties and the American nation itself, they will vote for Trump.

Trump didn’t do poorly but he came across as he needed some sleep. Trump functions on 4 hrs of sleep a night but at least the night before he should have had 8

Remember when the indictments were piling up against Trump? His poll numbers also went up.

This was the whole point that many Trump detractors insisted upon, stating the facts and running on policy.

This is what he did last night, yet if he did not do exactly what each individual “complainer” whined about, then they declared him the loser or declared that he did a terrible job, etc. I’ve seen those posts over and over from last night and this morning. Entertaining.

What few Fence Sitters remained wanted to know what her policies and stances were on current and significant issues. They did not get that from her last night, all they got was “Style”, which was her posing and reciting memorized lines that focused on attacking President Trump.

Where did she finally give those few undecideds the actual information they wanted? I never saw it, and neither did the majority of those who said they were still undecided. This is why, I believe, those “undecideds” are breaking somewhat towards President Trump, because she didn’t actually deliver anything of substance.

Style vs Substance. You got substance from President Trump, but you only got style from Harris.

Harris’ face pulling annoyed the dickens out of me. No one is mentioning that. If a male acted like that way during a presidential debate, entities would be all over him claiming he was not presidential.

Don’t tell me he did it again. They (abc) fell into the trap they had set for him.

A sample size of ten is too small for any kind of projection.
