While Trump was frequently “fact checked” and cut off by Muir and Davis, Harris was allowed to lie freely without any pushback. The hosts refused to press her on past support for a ban on fracking, healthcare for illegal aliens and other far-left claims, and refused to fact check Harris when she falsely claimed that Trump called Neo-Nazis “very fine people” after the Charlottesville rally.
The false claim has been repeatedly debunked by major fact-checking outlets, though Harris was allowed to utter the false claim without pushback.

How stupid is David Muir that he actually thought the sarcastic comment that Trump made about “losing the election by a whisker” was a serious statement? Obviously the guy can’t recognize sarcasm, even when it’s so blatantly presented the way Trump always does. They have no idea who Trump is.
Kamala won. She brought her inner Obama out ad talked in generalities. Every leftie knows her stance on abortion so in not answering the question it didn’t cost her. Trump flailed and was argumentative. She baited him and it worked.

Take the debates away from the networks. Have an independent debate commission do it again with both parties deciding who the moderators should be. One conservative monitor, one liberal monitor.
Years after Nixon was president he said how the media holds so much (too much) power. All of the branches of government are subject to the checks and balances of each other - and were also supposed to be held in check by an honest media. The media has no checks and balances.
Although today we have the internet. Nixon was asked if the media should be censored. He said of course not - and hoped that at some point that a conservative station or paper would come along and help balance things out.
Democrats would never agree to it.
Unless each debater brings their own moderator to ask their opponent questions, it’s a sham.
Biggest mistake was President Trump debating Xiden back in June.

Harris was going for the dumb and uninformed vote.

You don’t ask for a rematch if you think that you won. I bet har campaign was looking at the polling and realizing that whatever she was saying, her facial expressions looked downright horrifying.
Kennedy v Nixon. Nixon won on substance but Kennedy won the debate because he had a sun tan, was relaxed and Nixon looked like a nervous ghost.
Kamala didn’t even win on substance. And she looked very nervous and those facial expressions were just awful. I expected that she would be more drone like and controlled.
Give me a break. This debate did not win Harris the election.
And if he didn’t debate Biden?

One point none is even mentioning (not even Hannity and his guests like Rubio, Cruz, DeSantis and even JD Vance) I’d that they’d ask Kamala a question, and then she turned it into an attack on Trump, but then it’s supposed to be a one minute rebuttal from Trump but the moderators don’t give him that chance at least 3 times.
