TRACY, Calif. - The 17-year-old suspect charged in the attempted robbery shooting of San Francisco 49ers rookie Ricky Pearsall had allegedly brought a gun to school just a week before the incident, according to a police report.

I know. I’d say if he was old enough to know what he was doing, the legality or illegality of his actions and the consequences for them, then he SHOULD be charged as an adult!
It’s not the prosecutor’s fault, it’s state law. If they want to charge him as an adult they have to go to a judge and fulfill some criteria. The last I heard they weren’t investigating it.

Does that mean he winds up with 4 years for robbery and attempted murder?
Perhaps he will get drafted by the NFL
