In early 2024, the International Center for 9/11 Justice (IC911) embarked on the first stage of an in-depth study into what took place in the skies on September 11, 2001.
On September 8, 2024, IC911 and UK Column held an online symposium where we commemorated the 23rd anniversary of that day and shared IC911’s research to date. The symposium evaluated three key claims of the US government’s account:

One additional point you can make with this argument is that we have extensive Life Safety Codes with respect to the fire proofing of steel to increase the length of time the structure can survive a fire without collapse.

My understanding was that the cockpit doors were open. The terrorists stormed in, used their box cutters to take out the pilots before they were aware of the take over. Then the hijacker pilot comes up to fly the plane.
There was no ‘voluntary’ action by most of the pilots.
What is wrong with Gapp?
At 4:46 Gapp claims the hijackers could not use the navigation. Since he knows nothing about the hijackers actual level of training, this is a bold claim.
At 3:43 Gapp claims the hijacker pilots would not be able to fly the planes at high speed. I just saw a video of a 5 year old boy driving a race car at 325 km/hr ! Gapp is full of it.
At 5:00 Gapp claims that it would be difficult to hit the Twin towers. That is an absurd claim. He claims that professional pilots in simulators only have a 1 in 3 chance of doing so. That is also a total rubbish claim.
At 5:17 Gapp claims it is impossible for a pilot to descend a plane and hit the Pentagon. He attacks the government for making this claim. But we all make this claim, not just the government. He is overblowing the difficulty in flying and aiming planes.
At 5:44 he claims defense systems were not used. Including intercept planes...

At 6:52 Gapp attacks the response to the Crash investigation. He tries to make it sound like the Flight data recorders were not recovered.
Before admitting that several were recovered.

Hanley claims that 1.9 billion muslims who have been persecuted the last 23 years. That their religion has been demonized. He want’s to clear the muslim reputation.
Hanley want’s to claim that the planes were remotely controlled by ‘uninterruptible autopilot’. Hanley claims that once this system is engaged the pilot can no longer disengage it.
Hanley does not state his religion !

He says there are 4 key claims:
1. A set of hijackers hijacked all these airplanes.
2. They navigated their way to their targets and flew them into their targets.
3. US air defenses failed to stop them.
4. That 3 buildings in Manhatten collapsed.
So the ‘movement’ has not spent time looking at the hijacking claim.
He claims the story can be refuted by examining the phone calls. (at least this one is not denying the phone calls)

Since they are going to demolish the towers, the demolishers cannot rely on these 19 inexperienced hijackers, so they need to make sure the hijackers can reach their targets. So therefore he assumes that these men could not have hijacked the planes.

WTC needed extensive asbestos remediation, at a cost of at least $200M. The The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey was owner of WTC since it's inception - tried several times unsuccessfully to get permits to demolish the buildings for liability reasons. Projected cost to disassemble the WTC: $15B. By 2001 it had a below average tenancy rate (some estimates say 60%).

Granting summary judgment for the insurers in his May 1 ruling, Judge Bissell found among other things that the costs of removing asbestos do not constitute “physical loss or damage” triggering coverage under the Port Authority’s all-risk policies.

In addition, Judge Bissell concluded that some Port Authority abatement work at the World Trade Center was motivated less by health concerns than by the desire to avert rent revenue losses linked to the presence of asbestos in office space.
“The express purpose of (a Port Authority abatement project) was to stem lost revenue resulting from a loss of new tenants who wished to rebuild office space to their desired specifications but who would not do so unless (asbestos-containing materials) were abated,” Judge Bissell found.
Enter Larry Silverstein, who closed his 99-year lease of WTC on July 24, 2001.
Silverstein immediately insured WTC for $3.5B with full coverage against "terrorist attacks." WTC 7 is also included in the insurance policy (he had already leased WTC 7 for 15 years)
6 Weeks Later - September 11th:
- Larry had breakfast every morning at 8:30am at the Windows on the World restaurant on top of the North Tower. The morning of the 11th he complains to his wife about his "skin" and decides to skip his routine breakfast and goes to the doctor
- Larry's daughter Lisa who was VP of Silverstein Properties attended meetings with tenants every morning on the 88th floor of the North Tower, usually punctual Lisa was running late on the morning of the 11th
- Roger Silverstein, Larry's son was also running late on the morning of the 11th. The whole family survived
- Silverstein Properties canceled meetings for the morning of the 11th the night before, fortunately, saving the lives of executives and publicist Rubenstein
- Larry immediately filed two insurance claims for the maximum amount of the policy, stating the two planes were two separate attacks. Larry wants $7 billion dollars for his loss
- Larry gets his initial deposit of $125 Million back
- Larry gets $861 Million for WTC 7 (initial investment of $386 Million)
- Larry gets $4.55 Billion for the Twin Towers
- Larry sues the airlines and security firms for $12.8 Billion in 2008. This settles in 2017 for $95.1M. The final payment would have totalled $97M, but was reduced when two of American and United's insurers become insolvent during the case.
- Silverstein is again suing the airlines whose planes flew into the towers for an extra $3.5 Billion in 2013. This lawsuit was denied in July 2013, but in 2015 the denial was reversed by a three-judge Second Circuit Court panel
The scope and scale of the planned malfeasance and criminality that led up to, and beyond - 9/11 is staggering.
