This women is (was), the co-president of the progressive movement, Operation Libero since 2021, and is a member of the Swiss Liberal Green Party. Apparently, she just happened to have some artwork of Mary and Jesus with her during a recent trip to the range. After she posted her shooting pics on Instagram there was apparently a large and vocal amount of blowback.

While researching this article I found a source that claimed Sanija Ameti is in fact a Muslim. However, I can't confirm this.

And at the risk of being pedantic-she is a “woman”, as in one-while “women” is plural/more than one.
