The Riverside County Sheriff's Office is investigating the circumstances that led to the arrest of a French Valley woman in the early hours of July 4.
The arrest is the subject of a video containing profanity circulating online showing a deputy refusing to leave the woman's residence despite her requests. According to the video, a minor answered the door after the deputy rang the bell. Captions in the video say the minor closed the door after seeing the deputy, only for the deputy to open the door and let himself in.

"Now that I'm inside your house, I own your house right now," the deputy says in the video.

I’d have shot his ass dead at the doorway.

The cops were simply awful. And SHE was arrested!
Apparently this deputy is informant of how that worked out for a sheriff’s deputy in Indianapolis. I thought that episode would be part of every department’s training curriculum.
Ignorant. Auto correct syndrome
“Now that I’m inside your house, I own your house right now,”
It is a common mind set. Their authority is limitless and not to be challenged. And right or wrong if you challenge their limitless authority you are going to jail.
I remember seeing that video about a week ago. The trash cop made a complete mockery of the 4th Amendment. He entered a house without a warrant, then said “I own your house.” Unbelievable.
Here’s what’s probably gonna happen. His agency will say, “We investigated ourselves, and found that we did nothing wrong.” Then there’ll be some fuss, mainly because of the bad publicity. The homeowner will be paid off using taxpayer funds.
And that cop? At the very most, he’ll be fired. Then he’ll just move down the road and get a job with another agency. Anyone who doubts that need only look up the term “gypsy cop”.
Side note: Don’t dream of doing what that piece of garbage did. You’ll be arrested and prosecuted for breaking and entering. Unless you’re a cop.
Your “rights” come from government. Thus government can ignore or rescind those “rights” anytime it chooses.
Learn your place..........or else

It depends upon the violations of the cop. Some move only one town or county over, some move to the other side of the state, and some move across the country. Most of the cops who are found to have violated civil rights to this level, have multiple accusations against them. Only with cameras everywhere and people recording their interactions are many of them being busted.
The mistakes she made were leaving her door unlocked & then suddenly moving up on the cop. You don’t get in anyone’s face like that & expect good things to happen.
“I own your house right now.”
Oh yeah...
“Only with cameras everywhere and people recording their interactions are many of them being busted.”
This makes me think of voting and the polling places. No cameras allowed — the truth is hidden — the election gets stolen again.

The trash cop put himself in that position. The woman was in her own house, and the cop was there illegally.
There’s an old English saying about homeowner’s rights: Without a warrant, the King himself cannot enter your home.
The 4th Amendment aside, this trash cop evidently thought he was not just a king, but something greater than a king. Because once he stepped inside the house, he “owned” the house.
This incident pains me because it will cause more and more people to mistrust and even hate the police. Can’t blame ‘em, even though most cops are decent people doing the best they can.
So when a deputy enters your home without permission or a warrant you shouldn't expect good things to happen? Does this mean deputy gets to own the home like he stated?
Then the police need to police each other. What one does tarnishes the image of the rest. Each is a representative of the whole. If they recognise a liability preventative measures are warranted. A loose cannon should not be tolerated.
The wrongfully arrested woman has a gofundme account to help with her legal fees. It doesn’t seem very successful yet.

Dude…really?
Remember. These are the blue and they will crack your skulls when the government orders them to make some omelettes. They will obey Kamala.
Shouldn’t there be a ‘cop license’? Once you’re fired for violating civil rights it should revoked.
