Urged on by beleaguered ex-president Jair Bolsonaro, tens of thousands of demonstrators from Brazil's political right took to the streets Saturday amid a free speech tussle that has seen social media platform X suspended in the country.

It appears, contrary to the news shoveled to us each day, the desire for freedom has not been totally extinguished in Brazil.
You haven’t had someone to the right of center described as anything other than “far right” or “arch-conservative “ for years. But people advocating for outright Communist policies are “moderates.” I am so sick of the media.
More on topic, I don’t remember exactly who said it fairly recently, but “those who engage in censorship are never the good guys.” That has been completely left out of the discussion regarding Brazil and the band on X. I am not Brazilian, I have never visited Brazil, I have no steak in Brazil at all, and I didn’t even stay at a Brazilian Holiday Inn Express last night, but it is as plain as Day to me at the current leadership of Brazil is implementing a fascist agenda and is aiming for totalitarian power. The Brazilian people are still relatively free, and they had better do something about it before it is too late, and they wind up like Venezuela.
BY ACCIDENT, MUSK has shown the WORLD what the nasty “leaders’ really want & will do.
Michael Shellenberger is headed down there to protest this censorship . Hope he stays safe. Our current administration would not lift a finger to help him if he gets arrested or worse 🙏
