It will be amazing to see how he is going to do it since one of the worst presidents ever (Carter) sold it to Panama.
I’m wondering that as well. Apparently Carter sold it to them for $1. I’m hoping they didn’t pay the $1 and are unable to provide a receipt. That would be hilarious.
