Hi Spunky....
I can give my report thus far. The good news is that Mike Lindell was not in my bathroom mirror waiting to talk to me in the middle of the night.
I know what you mean about the chopped up pieces of foam. When I first opened them up, I thought they looked very lumpy and uncomfortable, and you could see all of the square lines of the foam pieces.
However, when I read the instructions (something I’m not very good at lol) and it said to put it into the dryer for 25 minutes, I figured that had to be for a reason.
Well, lo and behold, when they came out of the dryer, it was like those jagged chopped up pieces of foam decided to puff up, soften up, and they now feel like they’re melded into one very firm, yet soft, large blob.
They are very comfortable! If they hold up like this, they will be an excellent purchase! So, he’s a great salesman, but it’s also a great pillow.
very interesting about the dryer - I wonder why it’s better to do that at home vs at the factory
“..very firm, yet soft, large blob.”
Like I said it was years ago when I got mine from Walmart. The insturctions just said to unpackage and let air for several hours to fluff up. He must have changed that since then. I just took them back to Walmart.
Did you get King, Queen, or regular pillows? Your discription doesn’t sound like the pillow for me.
I can’t stand ANY pressure on my head. The pillows I use are 2 very limpy regular size feather pillows one on top of the other. The top one I tuck under my neck which keeps my head from pushing into the bottom one.
Lately I have been having stabbing pains just to the right side of my right eye. Having catarack surgery didn’t make anything better. :-(
