We have something similar up here, but I can’t remember the name.
Good thing I don’t need a ride anywhere!
It is basically run by volunteers, and so they try to
run it around their schedule.
They do a pretty wonderful job.
I used to accompany my patients to their Dr.s appointments,
so I became very familiar with them.

Our Dial-a-Ride is part of the public transit system. Big busses + the smaller ones that you call and get set up for the times you need and where you need to go. Not on fixed routes.
Yes I have checked the top of my head. Looked under the chair I was in and down the inside of the chair and all over the house. It is so frustrating.
