BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) — Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Thursday announced a $3 billion deal to buy 12 French warplanes, in a move that shifts his country away from its dependence on Russian arms. The announcement about the Rafale multi-purpose fighter jets was made during a joint news conference in Belgrade with French President Emmanuel Macron during a two-day visit to Serbia as part of what French officials have called a strategy of bringing Serbia closer to the European Union.

Like em or hate em the French military is very experienced and well equipped. Forget the past. WW2 was 80 years ago. The French military is not woke.

The Rafale is one of the best combat airplanes ever made. And it only costs about $115 million. That’s why the Serb Military dreamt about this aircraft for so long.

Also, France and Serbia have a long friendly relationship.
They were allies, before the communists (Milosevic was one one of the members of the Communist party) ravaged that great country.

Also, communism in Russia nearly destroyed Christian religion there. And now what do we see... Russia bringing in Islamic forces from Chechnya to combat on European soil...

We see the Kremlin proactively support the most extreme Islamic nation the world has ever seen : IRAN...

We see the Kremlin support ALL the hardcore anti-Christian ultra communist nations on earth : North Korea is one of them...

And Putin has inaugurated Europe’s largest Mosque right in the middle of Moscow!

If I was a Russian citizen I would ask myself this... : Why is Putin so extensively supporting every single anti-christian communist nation of the planet, and why this love for the Mullahs and Iran?

France however, is supporting the Russian people against their deep-state caviar-eating Russian politicians. Those politicians are responsible for the near 10% inflation rate right now ravaging poor Russian citizens... as they are already suffering from very low wages.

Russians must kick out their communist-freindly / islamo-freindly Big Government in the Kremlin. Freedom First!

We must all denounce the Russia-IRAN-North Korea Alliance.
It’s time to support true Christianity.

Fighters will not become obsolete as long as there no tech solution for unbreakable and unjammable control signals.

Maybe using Starlink’s satellite laser communication with a drone would come close but then there is cloud cover and the sensing of the lasers to contend with.

Just a heads-up, you mistakenly mixed up Croatia with Kosovo.
Croates are not muslims. The Kosovo-Albanians are.

Anyway, I have already condemned here on FR the independence of Kosovo. It should have stayed serbian.

It is self evident from the results in Ukraine. The Russian Air Force has been unable to establish air superiority over Ukraine. Manned aircraft are unable to overfly Ukraine and do real time interdiction, etc. A la the “highway of death” of 1991. If they had they would have won by now.

In straight numbers the Russians had the means to do this. Their technology and doctrine however were defective and unable to perform SEAD, and so they were stuck with cruise missiles and tactical attacks at the edge of the battle area.

This was so even when the Ukrainian air defense consisted of only ex-Soviet S300 and Buk SAM systems + manpads.

“”””France is desperate to support this industry, and stay relevant to USA, China and Russia defense industries.””””

Number in the world is relevant.

France has moved from #3 weapons seller in the world to #2, overtaking Russia.

“Please define “true Christianity”. “

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

In a practical sense, true Christians / Conservatives are supporting these core values :

Limited Government:
Conservatives typically believe in a smaller government that intervenes less in the lives of individuals. They advocate for a government that is limited in scope, emphasizing individual freedom and personal responsibility over state control.

Personal Responsibility: Emphasizing individual accountability, conservatives often stress that people should take responsibility for their own lives and actions. They believe that individuals, not the government, are primarily responsible for their own success or failure.

Free Market Economy: Conservatives advocate for a free-market economic system, where businesses operate with minimal government interference. They believe that competition and private enterprise drive innovation, efficiency, and economic growth.

Strong National Defense: A robust national defense is a key conservative value. Conservatives generally believe in maintaining a strong military to protect national interests and its allies, ensureing security against foreign threats.

Traditional Family Values: Conservatives often emphasize the importance of traditional family structures, advocating for policies that promote and protect marriage, family unity, and child-rearing within a family context.

Rule of Law: Respect for the rule of law and international law is a fundamental conservative principle. Conservatives advocate for strict adherence to laws and believe in fair, just, and consistent application of legal standards. They emphasize the importance of law and order in maintaining stability both nationally and internatioannly - especially when American interests are concerned.

Fiscal Responsibility: Conservatives often prioritize balanced budgets, reduced government spending (but never at the expense of military power), and lowering the national debt. They advocate for prudent management of public funds and oppose excessive taxation.

Religious Freedom: Religious liberty is a core value for many conservatives. They believe in the right of individuals to practice their religion freely, without government interference, and often support policies that protect religious institutions and individuals’ rights to express their faith.

Second Amendment Rights: Conservatives generally support the right to bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They advocate for minimal restrictions on gun ownership and believe in the right of individuals to defend themselves and their property.

Sovereignty and Immigration Control: Conservatives value national sovereignty and advocate for strict immigration control. They believe in securing borders and ensuring that immigration laws are enforced to protect the nation’s cultural identity, economy, and security. They want America’s borders secured and their allies’ borders to remain non-violated by common enemies (enemies like the North Korea-Russia-IRAN Alliance for example).

You copied and pasted a large number of words and still didn’t answer my question.

Your response to Honorary Serb’s religious statement, “May God save Orthodox civilization! Amen!”, included the religious phrase “It’s time to support true Christianity.”

I asked you to define “true Christianity”, but instead you provided me with a lengthy definition of Conservatism.

Are Christianity and Conservatism the same to you?

Please respond in 300 words or less.

“You copied and pasted a large number of words and still didn’t answer my question.”

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I never copy and paste in my analysis. I might copy and paste my own writings though. Like the 40 things Trump did for Ukraine against Russia for example... Remember that long list I sent to deserving Freepers?

What I wrote to you moments ago concerning Christianity, the way I put it, you won’t find it anywhere. Try to google my sentences, you won’t find anything that resembles my style.

Then you said:
“Your response to Honorary Serb’s religious statement, “May God save Orthodox civilization! Amen!”, included the religious phrase “It’s time to support true Christianity.”
Are Christianity and Conservatism the same to you?”

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Indeed. You can’t be a true Christian if you are not a true conservative. It goes hand in hand.

Islam and communism are officially and openly anti-Christian right? Thus, since Putin has made an alliance with IRAN and North Korea (Islam and Communism), that makes him automatically an anti Christian.

Deeds are deeds. People shall be judged solely on deeds. That’s why Putin is in big trouble in the world of Christianity. He has violated most Christian principles.

Putin was a member of the Soviet Communist Party and even the anti-religious KGB... thus it’s not surprising that Putin and Christianity are miles apart.

biboeruption: Are Christianity and Conservatism the same to you?

USA-FRANCE: Indeed. You can’t be a true Christian if you are not a true conservative. It goes hand in hand.

_________________________________________________________

You are wrong. They are not the same. No matter how well you follow Conservatism, its principles cannot save your eternal soul. Only Christ Jesus can do that.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. ~ John 14:6

Conservatism has evolved throughout history. God never changes.

Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. ~ James 1:17

One can be the most compassionate, giving, loving and Conservative person on Earth, but without faith in Jesus, we’re not saved.
