Agreed. It's not one person calling the shots, and it clearly isn't Obama alone. He himself was installed by some sort of cabal back in 2008. Recall they set up a "nerve center" mansion in DC right after Obama left office and have been plotting this in DC ever since. He even moved ValJar into the mansion.
