I don't live in Illinois and don't plan to submit an entry (my connections to the state would probably be considered insufficient). But if I was to submit something it might be red, white, blue (reversing the French flag) with the old Chief Illiniwek image that the University of Illinois used to use until the Democrats in the legislature made them get rid of it in the white area.

Of course that would guarantee rejection.
