Although the US is a high tech leader, the Ukraine and Russian military are playing with toys that I don’t think our military is used to seeing on the battlefield. And, the Ukrainians/Russians are accumulating quite a bit of real world experience with these toys. Yeah, it’s scary.

Kurt doesn’t seem to be aware that, for the most part, only export-level gear is going to UKR. Top-level stuff only available to the U S. military and closest allies is capable of dealing with jamming and other countermeasures.
