Eastern Europeans and Far Eastern peoples share physical traits with American Indigenous people.. including high cheekbones. Apparently, there was a land bridge, or ice perhaps that connected Asia with North America long ago.
The indigenous people of northern Japan are almost exactly like our eskimos - igloos and all.

She’s from Slovenia, formerly part of Yugoslavia. Mongol Horde got that far west.
