The Black communities have learned they can enter retail businesses and just take what ever they want. The Black communities are communities of thieves.

There are videos of Black street vendors selling the merchandise they shop lifted. Such businesses have become a trend.

In the City States, Black is bad. In the City States merchants have closed shop and just left. The question becomes are there enough honest Blacks to set the matter right?
