Four people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man suffered serious injuries in a stabbing in Birmingham.
Police were called to the junction of Dudley Road and Bellefield Road in Winson Green at about 01:30 BST on Saturday.
The victim, a man in his 40s, had been taken to hospital with a slash injury, but was in a stable condition, West Midlands Police said.
Three men, aged 34, 29 and 26 and a 22-year-old woman remain in custody as police inquiries continue.

The Brits refused to vote for the Conservatives this time so the vote was split between the Tories and the Reform UK Party. So the Labour Party ended up winning all the seats with only 33% of the vote

It was split between Conservative, Liberal Democrat (formerly Liberal) and Reform. They don’t have proportional representation or runoffs.
It’s the same as when we hear of a crime here, you get vague descriptions of the ‘mob that attacked’. You know who it is.

Britain and the rest of Europe are just beginning to find out the pain they bought themselves by inviting the Africans in their house.
They could have learned from our experience but they were too blind and self righteous.
We at least got some cotton picked, all they’re getting is pain and mayhem.
