Phil Donahue died this week at age 88. He was an early adopter and strong proponent of the sexual revolution and abortion on demand. Millions of women tuned in every afternoon to hear his hard-left views decades ago. They were indoctrinated into liberalism after learning how their marriages were oppressive and their children burdens. My mom used to watch it after her "stories" wrapped up, and your mom probably did, too.
Women would be further radicalized by popular magazines like "Cosmopolitan" and, for much younger women, "Seventeen." Later, Oprah Winfrey took up Donahue's mantle with a more feel-good New Age approach to leftist thought.
Now, the Donahue agenda has come full circle. The most radical feminist candidate to ever run for elected office has now secured the Democrat nomination for president.
And there's a better-than-zero chance she'll win.
The DNC was a parade of horribles, displaying every form of sin, debauchery, and malign political philosophy invented by mankind—all in one room. We've spent the last four days being hectored by screeching harridans who demand that we reject the values that made the United States the greatest country in history and replace them with a feminist nightmare.

Just like the one I had to de-friend on FaceButt after she put up nasty insults about Trump supporters and said Trump faked the shooting immediately on the day it happened.
Soaps,Donahue,Cosmo and Harlequin novels were my mom’s daily intake. She was classical liberal with an independent side.
Not enough has been said about the ton of lies Democrats have dumped over Trump. They shot him. Lawfered him. Slandered him. Democrats are demons.

Why don’t we find a place where you can back up 130 yards and let me shoot a popsicle stick you’re holding beside your ear? You need to move unpredictably to make it a bit harder but, I’ll use a scope and match-grade ammo (Unlike Crooks who used plinking ammo). If he could make that shot with a cheap rifle, without a scope and cheap ammo, I ought to be able to severe the popsicle stick.

For some reason I was watching a 1987 interview of Trump by Donahue. I think Trump’s “interview style” was even better then than it is now.

And have now “married” their federal government for their future: “Till death do they part”.
Social Security. Medicate (er, Medicare). Daily and weekly Senior Citizens programs at Senior Citizen centers (for the socially employed), libraries, Facebook. Tik-Tok, all TV programming, all ABCNNBCBSnews, streaming rom-coms, NPR, and the national print media they see on the shelves.
The “Women’s Movement” has married their need for self-worth and emotional and financial security in the middle ages and old ages to the national democrat party’s federal programs.
I was going to use that term in a post - harridan - but I looked it up and changed my mind:
“strict, bossy, belligerent old woman”
Not everyone speaking fit that definition so I changed it to something else in an earlier post. Truly, defining the majority of speakers defies definition!!
