This is another example of how stupid and broken is our idiot court system. *THIS JUDGE* gets it right, but he has only had to act because the *OTHER JUDGES* got it so wrong.
They dismissed for "lack of standing" everyone else's attempts to hold the Biden Administration accountable for pressuring the corrupt big tech companies to censoring his political opponents.
This should have not been dismissed for lack of standing. *EVERYONE* is injured by big tech censorship, so *ANYONE* should be seen as having standing.
Thankfully this one Judge has now opened up a pathway by which this absolutely necessary case may be moved forward.
