Question: “Why are nonprofit groups setting up voter registration booths outside of driver’s license offices in Texas?”

Because nature abhors a vacuum.

Do you see anybody else setting up voter registration booths outside of driver’s license offices in Texas?

I’m not sure if I should get upset at them for wanting to win, or upset at us for having zero motivation to win. (Is that a form of laziness?) To be fair, I’m a little upset at both.

No one legitimate sets up voter registration booths outside the DMV because you can already register when you're in there. The only reason to register people outside the DMV is because they couldn't register inside because they're unable to legally register.
