Note that Ukraine is killing Russian civilians with nobody reporting on it or complaining about it.
Seems fair. Russia has been killing Ukrainian civilians at random for years, with few complaining about it.
This is textbook terrorism - more threat than reality, but very effective. Safe drinking water is taken for granted in the First World, but one isolated attack sows a little bit of doubt. Each new incident will increase doubt and fear, and this is just one tactic of the conquest.
The denial of a society's routine, unfettered use and enjoyment of its everyday life is designed to provoke crackdowns that make citizens' lives even more inconvenient. Over time, the targeted society will lose its cohesion, break down and turn against itself.
This is happening all across Western Europe because the native societies killed their own babies, invited hordes of migrants from hostile cultures to replace their missing workers, and then encouraged the invaders to rampage and subdue the native citizenry. Replacement migration is real and it is intentional. The suicide of Europe is underway.
My point is compare this coverage with the Palestinian civilian coverage.
There is a clear double standard at work.
Having worked in the water industry (public water supply) I have mentioned multiple times this is an area where a large city terrorist attack could occur and it would be days if not weeks before it was discovered. This is a huge risk imho.
