What must be understood is that the increased temperatures down south resulting from climate change create a temperature differential. This differential known in scientific terms as the ΔT, induces air flow from the hot to the cold areas.
In Chicago, this ΔT induced air flow is manifested as wind. Certain segments of the population are subject to genetic agitative criminality that is the result of prolonged wind.
