Atmospheric carbon dioxide is NOT a pollutant, but an essential intermediary for life on earth as we know it.
Carbon dioxide is the source substance from which free oxygen is released into the atmosphere, through the action of the sun in that chemical synthesizing organic manufacturing molecule, chlorophyll. The carbon molecules are combined with water molecules, to make the compounds known as carbohydrates, with a composition of carbon (6) hydrogen (12) oxygen (6). The oxygen is actually a waste product of this process, but when later combined with the carbohydrates, releases energy and reverts to carbon dioxide and water.
In a way it is kind of magic.

I learned that plants subject to higher CO2 grow better and require less water when I was in Jr High School biology class in the late 60’s. There was even an experiment set up in the classroom that demonstrated it. Yet we’re still studying it. SMH
Global warming idiots know nothing about photosynthesis. Plants, trees and vegetation need light and CO2 in order to produce O2 and sugars. They use the sugars for their own growth. We use the oxygen. No CO2-No O2 and you’re dead.
They’ve already researched and created recycling machines that take care of excess CO2, but our government wants nothing to do with it because it would kill their global warming agenda goals which is to bankrupt us all.

You obviously missed the sarcasm symbol at the end of my post. That is what the left has been saying for years. It makes poison ivy and oak grow quicker and be more virulent, but it has no effect on wheat, corn, oats, rice or beans.
.04%. That is the fraction of our air that is composed of CO2. All this fuss over such a trivial amount. With Mars and Venus at over 95% why is it so small on Earth? Only Earth has plants and they have become very good at pulling CO2 out of the air. Rest assured they will eventually catch up with whatever amount Mankind creates.
Terrestrial plants are doing the job that gubmint and envoris can’t. Not sure of the numbers, but we can’t ignore our friends in marine plant life, specifically phytoplankton. they are a CO2 absorbing, O2 excreting biomass of immeasurable proportion.
The APGW crowd mistakenly thinks their efforts are contrasting mankind’s junking up nature’s quest for O2-CO2 balance when in fact, their efforts further junk it up.

The real question was who funded this research, which dared challenge Globalist climate change dogma. The Chinese government, apparently. They’re not buying in.
In any case, only capitalist CO2 causes Global Warming, so China can burn all the coal that it wants to.
