It’s not that he wasn’t a resident, it’s that he lied about it. If he’d given a legitimate out of state address this likely wouldn’t have been an issue.
From what I understand he still owns his home in NY. And pays state taxes in NY. Not in California where his wife is from. He also has a residence in CA but has always considered NY(where he is from) as his home state. The democrats play very dirty. They don’t want him drawing votes away form the evil queen. NY judges are fully corrupt.
